This week, I’m going to direct you via the following link to a blog post on my Read, Ride, and Roam With Me blog on blogger.com — I neglect the blog even though I really enjoy sharing things on it, so this is a way to let more people know that it even exists if you weren’t already aware of it. Read, Ride, Roam
The post is about my recent visit to Oxford, Mississippi, on my way to Florida, where I currently am. I will be doing a few book appearances here, but I’m mostly here to spend time with an old college friend.
Visiting Square Books in Oxford and the home of William Faulkner was on my bucket list, so this was the perfect opportunity to stop in Oxford for a day on the long drive to Florida.
Read the post. I hope it stimulates you to make your own trip to Oxford someday. It’s well worth the visit. The above photo is of me in front of Faulkner’s house.
Until next time when I will hopefully have some stuff to tell you about my appearances here in Florida — looking forward to meeting new people and hoping to make some of them new readers of my work.
I’ll share more of my work in progress next week — this week has been consumed with long drives and a full day in Oxford, so I’m a little behind. If you aren’t yet a paying subscriber, please become one, so you can read what I share only with paying subscribers of my current novel in progress.
